Energetic, collaborative and results oriented finance executive with experience in a broad range of roles within multinational as well as private equity and family owned companies. He is able to succeed across different working cultures and organization structures thanks to outstanding communication and emotional intelligence skills, strong technical expertise and cross-functional team building capabilities. In the current role as Group CFO of Kiko Milano, he delivered a full company turnaround, doubling EBITDA in just two years by reshaping business strategies and leading a major organization and systems transformation, including new ERP implementation, restructuring of store network, carve-out from prior parent company as well as M&A/partnership deals to accelerate international multi-channel expansion. Most recently, he secured long-term debt re-financing (?'?270m), providing the resources for long term growth acceleration. Prior to Kiko, he spent more than 20 years in Procter & Gamble building expertise across many different finance areas (Business Unit Finance Leadership, M&A, Strategy, Financial Planning, Supply Chain Finance) and countries (Italy, Switzerland, US). Key roles included CFO of P&G Italy, M&A/Business Development Leader for the EMEA Region, Finance Head of Europe Supply Chain Redesign and Strategy and Financial Planning Leader for Western Europe.
