I've being working in Recruiting and Staffing Industry for over 20 years, experiencing wide range of HR and workforce solutions, from high volume staffing, to search and selection of middle and top management to recruitment process outsourcing, working for different Brands within ManpowerGroup. For the last 7 years I've led Marketing & Communications function of ManpowerGroup Italia, with a strong focus on Digital Growth Marketing and Innovation. In Genuary 2021, I've expanded my responsabilities as Regional Innovation Leader for Southers Europe, with the aim to facilitate scaling the design and delivery of key innovation bets. I'm a Certified Personal Brand Strategist and deeply committed in my personal developement through life long learning.
